Hi I’m Lisa Marie and I own Transgender emporium. When I opened in 2006 I wanted to develop a forum aimed to improving communications between male to female cross dressers and their partners, family and friends. I also had a vision to foster an understanding of transgender issues and how these relate to the general communities we live in. The support I received by member sign-ups and fellow cross dressers taking an active part in the Transgender Emporium Forum was fantastic. Unfortunately we simply had too much competition from other long standing cross dressing forums.
Not one to give up,in late 2007 I opened a free dating service for the transgender community. However due to rising costs, no support from members in purchasing shoes; dresses or accessories, I had to close in late 2009.
Well I’ve practically come the full circle and arrived back to where it all began. This time round I want to do things differently. Having been a member at a number of CD forums and other online cross dressing sites over the years, I really want to offer a place where gurls like myself can visit, have fun and in all of that share information with each other in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
I’d also like to travel back down the road of providing a place where people can find information about cross dressing. Fingers crossed this type of help will assist partners, wives, girl friends understand the dynamics of who we are as people.
I’ll also have cross dressing tips for make-up, hairstyles; with our resident hair stylist, and other resources for CD gurls like you. I hope you’ll enjoy visiting Transgender Emporium and look forward to your contributions.
